Our vision is to provide the opportunity for all players from different walks of life, male and female, to get exposure and the opportunity to succeed at rugby. With extreme focus on targeting the community, where a lot of talent is sitting due to life circumstances and financial instability. Factors like transport, lack of coaching, equipment and mentoring are what we are striving to improve in the community and area. The area is flooded with the potential for greater success. Numerous current Springboks and Scottish Internationals have come out of the area of late. The SA Schools have gained a lot of talent this year but the lack of further development, forces the players to either stop the game or move onto other provinces. With the assistance of a sponsorship, we aim to better the community and bring out success in the players. We believe with our professional exposure to the game over many years and, our current involvement with rugby, we have the right recipe to form this Academy.
